Preparation for Consult
After you make contact, we will schedule a complimentary phone consult to help guide you through the process, ensuring you're supported every step of the way for your at-home appointment.
To ensure we get everything right, we have a pre-visit form to be completed prior to the visit which details all of your wishes and contact details.

Home Visit & Aftercare
We will carry out the at-home palliative care consult or at home euthanasia with the utmost care. If you choose cremation, we will handle all the aftercare or, we can leave your pet with you for a home burial.
